(1) The domestic producer or distributor shall submit an application to the relevant film screening committee in the format as per Schedule-10 for screening of the film. Only the film should be shown.
(3) The Film Screening Committee may grant permission for the public exhibition of a film to any of the following persons on the condition that such permission is granted, and the relevant distributor or exhibitor shall clearly mention such matter in the promotional material of the film:-

(a) for persons who have completed sixteen years of age,

(b) for persons below sixteen years of age accompanied by a parent,
(c) for persons in certain occupations or sectors,
(d) For everyone.

(4) Before screening the film, the exhibitor shall show the photocopy of the film screening pass certificate obtained from the screening committee on the screen.
(5) The exhibitor shall not screen the film which has been screened by the Film Screening Committee. But once the film has been screened, if it needs to be edited or edited, it can be screened again after being screened by the film screening committee.
(6) The exhibitor shall not sell more tickets than the number of seats in the movie house and show the movie.

17a. The film should not be produced with the same name:- No one should make another film with the name of the film produced by another licensed person for ten years from the date of examination of the film. -

(1) If a film producer wants to re-dub a film made in one language into another language, he must submit an application to the Ministry for approval.
(2) If it is deemed appropriate to allow the film to be re-dubbed in another language after conducting the necessary investigation on the application received as per sub-rule (1), the Ministry will approve the re-dubbing by taking a fee of three thousand rupees.

(3) According to this rule The re-dubbed film will have to be checked by the Film Screening Committee before showing it to the public.
